These Terms & Conditions govern all online payments made towards bookings and services at Sagoo Garh. By making an online payment through our website or authorized payment gateway, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Online Booking & Payment
- Online payments are accepted for room bookings, packages, and other services offered by Sagoo Garh.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.
- Guests must ensure that the information provided during payment (name, contact details, dates) is accurate.
2. Payment Methods
- Payments are processed through secure, RBI-authorized and PCI-DSS–compliant third-party payment gateways.
- Accepted payment modes may include credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet services.
- Sagoo Garh does not store card, UPI, or banking details.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Applicable taxes (including GST, if any) will be charged as per Government of India regulations.
- Final payable amount will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, guests will receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- In case of payment failure but amount debited, guests should inform Sagoo Garh with transaction details.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be informed in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Cancellation charges may vary depending on season, room type, or promotional offers.
- No-shows (failure to arrive on the check-in date) may result in full booking amount being retained.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Sagoo Garh shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our control.
- Guests agree that all online payments are made voluntarily and at their own discretion.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to online payments shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all online payments made to Sagoo Garh – Heritage Homestay.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period, if any.
- Refund eligibility depends on the booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
2. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary and is beyond Sagoo Garh’s control.
3. Deductions
- Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Non-refundable bookings or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
4. Partial Refunds
- In case of early check-out or partial stay, refunds (if any) will be at the sole discretion of Sagoo Garh.
5. Force Majeure
- No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Sagoo Garh.
